Atomic Wax brings your ideas to fruition
We reduce development times and budgets by focusing on graphic design production, allowing our clients freedom to determine strategy and research. If you’re a marketing executive or business owner who has had enough of design agencies up-selling and gouging you for unnecessary services, you’ll be excited to work with us.
How we work
Atomic Wax is a virtual agency that leverages the Internet to provide design services to clients around the world. We’re not constrained by an office. We don’t have to manage staff. What we do have is a flexible team of specialists who will organize into a team with the appropriate skills to suit your project.
From 2000 to 2009 we didn’t even have a website – strange for a design company. But we had lots of work, so there was no need to advertise. Generous client referrals have always been the basis of our business, so we dispensed with active advertising. In 2009, however we noticed a decrease in business and decided to let other clients know who we are and how to find us.
With boundaries eliminated – we have worked with clients in the following countries:
- Belgium
- Brazil
- Canada
- China
- The Czech Republic
- Germany
- Italy
- Mexico
- The Netherlands
- The Philippines
- Romania
- Spain
- The United States of America
Low overhead and no ‘sales team’ have translated into savings for our customers. We prefer to concentrate fully on a smaller client base, which leaves us free to focus on the projects we do have and the results that we can produce together.
Peter Benes, Owner and Creative Director of Atomic Wax
Peter Benes has been producing creative communications for businesses since 1995. His career began with specializing in designing interactive presentations for educational workshops, keynote speeches and multimedia displays. Peter then worked for an advertising firm, focusing on branding and print design, and at a business-to-business ecommerce company. This experience in print, web and multimedia forms the foundation of Peter’s ability to integrate all types of design into projects that meet and often exceed his customers’ expectations.
In 2000, Peter transformed his part-time freelance design business into a full-time operation. In less than two years, he had more clients than he could accommodate. Drawing upon Dan Sullivan’s concept of specialized teams of entrepreneurs representing the future of the financial industry, Peter sought out talented, creative specialists to bring onto projects when their skills were warranted. This approach allows Atomic Wax to produce projects on par with full-service agencies, and is a cornerstone of its longevity.
